You want results, you go to Ben... i spoke to many agents who gave me their grand plan of how to sell, but none came close to the "straight to business no nonsense" approach by Ben.. he may not give you fairly tale or night time chat, but he brought me a signed contract within after 2 opens for a tenanted unit in a slow market. Now that is what i call straight shooter and closer. if you want a friend to chat all day long, find some other agent... but if you are looking to sell, Ben is your man

Charl is an exceptional agent
Charl was prompt, professional and had a great understanding of the current market. We sold our home for more than anticipated and it was sold within a week of going on the market, as sellers you cant ask for more than that! Charl was very helpful and understanding when we asked many questions throughout the process, he was wonderful with our tenants and realestate and us all feel very much at ease.
