From the moment of meeting Russel, we knew he would be our real estate agent, as did our little one who doesn't go to anyone except very familiar faces (and would gladly go to him). He provided so much more information and thoughts than we anticipated from initial consultation, right through to the settlement. Most others just had the sales spiel, but Russel had a wealth of knowledge and didn't do the sales spiel.
