Above & Beyond - Expert Knowledge

I approached Nigel after hearing great things about him from a family member. Nigel came out to visit on a Sunday with a comprehensive strategy and plan to sell my property, he addressed every question and concern I had perfectly and I signed with him on the spot as my agent. Nigel knew what he was talking about, he had expert knowledge of the area and within weeks of putting my property on the market we were able to get a contract in place in an area where properties can sit on the marketer for some time. I had the tenants from hell residing in my property, they were in arrears constantly and were difficult to work with in every regard, they even refused towards the end to talk to my Property Manager. Nigel was able to work with them along the way and every challange they through and beleive me right up until the final days there were numerous challanges he was able to ensure they vacated the property and ensure that settlement went ahead. Nigel played many roles outside of just an Agent with my property and it's this reason which sets him apart from everyone else. I highly reccomend Nigel for his above and beyond work ethics, amazing attitude & expert knowledge of the property market. Nigel exceeded every expatation I had, without him I strongly beleive I wouldn't have been able to sell my investment property, he was integral.
