I couldn't be more pleased with the service we received from Kirstie Clarke of Remax Bayside. It was a big job turning our old family home of 35years into a rental and Kirstie was with us every step of the way, including organising re-homing of the billiard table which was proving difficult to deal with. Despite the home becoming ready over the Easter period, it was rented after just two viewings on the Easter weekend, a full three weeks ahead of our goal. Kirstie also achieved a great price for our rental, beating another agents appraisal by $130 a week. I found Kirstie to be very professional and understanding in her approach and would happily recommend her to anyone needing an Agent.

Kirsty was the first person I dealt with in ReMax RE and during the inspection of our new home she was clearly the asset of this company. Professional yet very friendly we were super impressed by her from the get go. She also had local knowledge and the history of the property ready to go and was easy to talk to about these topics. We came from the GC where Customer service is non existent in RE and we knew right away we were in good hands. The whole company treated us like people looking for a new home and not just a mortgage repayment for the owner, one of their clients. Moving in wasn’t without it hiccups as we choose an old house but the staff at Remax in Kirstie’s absence were into all my issues & it’s was sorted in a timely manner, even with my stressed demeanour on full display. I wish them all the best success in their business as I’m sure it will be a roaring sucess. Putting people before profits and homes before investments is a sure fire way too establish long term loyal customers.

New to being a Landlord. - my first Lease agent in QLD for my Redlands new house, I reside ACT. - initial experience was pleasant, knowledgeable, transparent, not pushy, available to answer all my 21 questions promptly, professional, market knowledgeable, & accomodating. - well guided thru entire start 2 finish process. - they go the extra mile, with this in mind, establishes trust & what one can expect during the Lease period(s). - love the Landlord Owners App, streamlines everything I need/want to know e.g. in or toon reports, funds, tenant requests, online method to contact my Property Mngr, select want I wanted managed (yes/no option e.g. water, Rates). - thorough & transparent with onboarding & tenant recommendation. - if my experience continues well in this path, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them for my next property. - everyone has different experiences, this is my first & positive one with Remax. - Kirstie, Georgina, & Brooke great team! - I am a real Landlord, not a Bot :p QLD weather is tops :)

To start with they were very attentive and responsive, organising virtual tours etc. This all changed once I'd signed the contract. They push you to pay rent via an app that has terrible reviews for tenants as it charges you to pay your rent (!!!), and forces additional charges if you are late or make a mistake with your payment. I opted via bank cheque instead. A delay in receiving the cheque due to holiday season led to queries which I immediately answered providing proof of the bank posting the cheque via registered post, further 'urgent' texts, which when I responded just gave an automatic reply. Shortly after that they sent me a Notice To Remedy Breach, and then EIGHT MINUTES later sent me a receipt of payment and cancelled the NTRB 90 minutes after that. No phone calls throughout all of this. I called the office and they weren't willing to deal with the issue, instead saying they've left a message with the agent. Unreturned phone calls and messages. Emails with questions & issues with the property simply ignored. Awful.

Extremely happy with my experience leasing my property through Rachel and Andrew at RE/MAX Morningside. As a first time landlord, Rachel walked me through the process and provided a detailed report of the local area and income I could expect from my unit, which was higher than I anticipated. Once I signed up to have my unit managed, Rachel moved quickly to find a tenant. Within two weeks I had a tenant signed up. Andrew was also amazing, performing a detailed inspection of the property and taking hundreds of photos for record. Both Rachel and Andrew were very professional throughout the whole process, giving me regular updates along the way. I've now been with them for the last 3 months, with all payments arriving on time. I can see all the payments, inspections, expenses, documentation on the PropertyMe app which is really convenient. Highly recommend!

When Rachel was looking after our property we had no problems as she got onto issues straight away & reported back to us within a good timeframe. However we have a problem with changing property managers for our townhouse several times and not being told. We had Andrew McG who assured us he would be looking after our place but then without warning a girl seemed to be given to manage our property. Evidently the latest person is out of the country so a bit difficult to see how she can visit the property. It would be far better if we could have the same person looking after our townhouse and for them not to keep changing.
