Sometimes you get lucky and your tenants are easy and sometimes unfortunately you get the ones that are not. Experience tells me that the true value of an agent is when the tenants are difficult and how they deal with the issues that arise from this. Remax have been superb but special mention needs to go to Faith who got to spend 9 months dealing with some of the most difficult tenants imaginable while remaining fair to both parties but shielding me from the majority of the issues. I’d recommend Faith and have done already to anyone looking for a no mess but empathetic property manager. Thank you Faith We appreciate All your help and support.
