The office team each worked tirelessly and smoothly to organise all the tradies necessary to prepare the property; lots of jobs to do but always excellent communication, keeping me informed, ready with options when a challenge arose, taking care of small details, providing excellent advice, always very genial and genuinely dedicated to achieving great results. Kylee is a super-power, obviously very well versed in the industry, and very easy and frank to work with; gave a feeling of trust and competence and knowledge. An excellent negotiation - an excellent result - and sold in 4 days - perfect. When the process hit a temporary pothole, Kylee was able to gain key information that my own solicitor couldn't.
