Great overall experience. The inspection was on time and my application was processed by Ally in super quick time. The communication and onboarding process has been awesome and I was immediately connected to Property Manager. Our initial experience of leasing our property was challenging in terms of communication (not initially priced correctly, and services completed that had already been done). This was due to some unexpected staffing changes and as this was our first time leasing a property we were left a bit confused. However, once Rachel took over and the initial hiccups were ironed out our property was more accurately priced, leased within a week and we were refunded for the unnecessary services.
