Not only did he negotiate to get every extra dollar, but he was quick to introduce appropriate hygiene and quarantine measures to protect the seller's house, when the open house dates extended into the Cover-19 lockdown period. Allan is a great communicator. As a buyer I found his relaxed and jocular style very likeable.
