An agent who knows the market and understand both the seller and buyer
I am impressive with Dan's ability to broker the deal when there was a gap between asking and offering prices. He was decisive and make a call on the price that is acceptable to both sides.

Would sell through Kylee in a heartbeat!
I was lucky enough to buy through Kylee. As a single female buying my first home it was reasonably daunting. The second I met Kylee I said to my sister 'I like her'. Luckily I loved the house too and the process began. Kylee was extremely down to earth, she explained everything well and was very quick at responding. Understanding she was working for the seller it was never a one sided transaction. She certainly made my experience in buying seamless. Knowing what she was like as a buyer I would sell my property through Kylee in heartbeat.

Great experience!
Dan was excellent to work with, particularly as first home buyers. He was instrumental in finding a way forward in the negotiation and has great customer service, such as being attentive to our questions and emails, assisting with inspections and being all round helpful throughout the purchase process. Everything you could wish for.
From the moment we met Kylee we knew that she was who we needed to guide us through selling our property.
