Professional genuine agent.

In the 9 months we spent searching for our new home, I can honestly say that we haven't met another agent quite like Kylee. Kylee is warm and friendly, she kept us in the loop every step of the way (from negotiation x2, to settlement x1), and happily travelled the extra mile to accommodate our purchase. During our negotiation period she drove back and forth to our place several times (working around my schedule) so that we could sign papers. Post offer acceptance she met us at the house so that we could have tradesman quote on work before we moved in. She even met us on settlement day with the keys and a bottle of bubbles to welcome us to the neighbourhood. If we ever look to move or invest in the future, she'll be our first port of call.

Fantastic and easy to deal with

Best in the business
Kylee Harnisch, hands down has to be one of the best in the business. Her Market knowledge along with her communication skills ensures you understand the current market, and the best approach to achieve a sale. Her persistence in negotiation ensures you are getting the best price for your property.
