We had the pleasure of Carol Spalding being our agent to sell our unit. We asked Carol if she could come and give us an appraisal on our unit, which she did promptly. We weren't able to proceed for another 6 months, & had just been approved for our new place when Carol emailed to ask if we were still considering selling our unit. We said yes and are moving out in 2 weeks. We moved out on Thursday, Carpets shampooed Friday, open house Saturday, 4 offers Monday. Best sales experience ever.

Kylee made short work of the sale of our Townhouse in Morningside and got us a great result beyond our expectations.
