She is a very down to earth, honest and giving person, both of time and knowledge. With the luxury of having a lead in time to the auction process and marketing campaign, Karen was able to conduct ongoing comparative market analysis' to ensure our target price and market placement was accurate. Her choices in media advertising and online exposure always kept “my hip pocket” in mind. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable at any time during the campaign as Karen always kept an open communication policy.
