Does exactly what she says she'll do

Mel was fantastic. She was the lead agent on the house we purchased and then our agent on the house we sold. Her communication style is open and honest. She's very knowledgeable about the market and what the market was looking for, a complete professional and always available to provide advice, answer questions and give honest opinions. She went above and beyond to ensure all the little details of our sale were perfect - from the positioning of the furniture and artwork, to vacuuming carpets, to even sewing up a curtain. She promised us a timeframe and achieved that timeframe which made an intense process just that little bit easier. And she happily incorporated the complexities of our life - ten month old toddler, two dogs, working night shifts - into the sales campaign without any impact on the final outcome. We are extremely happy with the service we received from our selling agents and the entire team. They truly went above and beyond throughout the whole process. Communication was outstanding, we were kept informed every step of the way. As interstate owners, the house had been tenanted for the past 10 years. Melissa and Tomas guided us on what was required to update the property and present it at its best for sale. Being locals they understand the market conditions and were able to guide us with price point. They organised quotes and coordinated all the tradespeople, including painters, new carpets, landscaping, fencing, door repairs, tree trimming, styling, the list goes on. Nothing was ever an issue.
