Mel was fantastic. She was the lead agent on the house we purchased and then our agent on the house we sold. Her communication style is open and honest. She's very knowledgeable about the market and what the market was looking for, a complete professional and always available to provide advice, answer questions and give honest opinions. She went above and beyond to ensure all the little details of our sale were perfect - from the positioning of the furniture and artwork, to vacuuming carpets, to even sewing up a curtain. She promised us a timeframe and achieved that timeframe which made an intense process just that little bit easier. And she happily incorporated the complexities of our life - ten month old toddler, two dogs, working night shifts - into the sales campaign without any impact on the final outcome. If we ever sell again, we'd definitely use Mel.
