Amanda followed through in my rental application and delivered exactly what I was looking for.
Amanda was there, onsite, at the premises, when I showed up for the inspection. She didn’t leave it to a junior but was interested in the property and prospective tenants from the first day. With her encouragement, I got my application in early and she followed up with the owner when I was considering other places. She left me a message as soon as it was approved, which was exactly the reassurance I needed. The inspection report was a breeze and she followed up with my few questions without a drama. Thrilled to be here and in this place. No hesitation recommending them as a tenant, or an owner.

Exceptional Service and Communication
Amanda and team are true professionals and a pleasure to do business with. Amanda's communication and proactive approach to property management is truly second to none and is a refreshing change from our previous property management experience. Was a pleasure dealing with Amanda for my rental application and subseuqent tenancy. Amanda was professional and courteous at the inspection and has become a good advocate for me in sorting through some issues with the building manager. Really appreciate it.

Give Gail a Pay Rise ASAP!
Oh my god, wow! I am so used to real estate agents not even giving me the time of day, but along came Gail and wow. One of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. She was super efficient, a fantastic communicator- and even went out of her way to drop of keys after her shift finished to ensure we could enter the property early the next morning for utility appointments. An absolute credit to the company. Everyone has been so polite and friendly. Would 100% recommend them to anyone. Thank you for making our move less stressful. 🙏 ♥️
