My experience with Leanne personally was one where she was extremely accommodating. That was, at first. My daughter and I purchased the property sight unseen as we lived interstate. Upon seeing the property for the first time it was disgusting. It clearly had not been cleaned. I immediately brought this to Leannes attention. She was defensive and quick to place the blame on the rental agency who supposedly had the Bond clean done. In my opinion the selling agent should’ve ensured the property was clean. There was no need for Leanne to speak down to me or accuse me of not understanding the ramifications of living in the tropics. I was born in the tropics. I understand perfectly. This had nothing to do with the condition of the property. My daughter and I were both bombarded with requests to leave a review. I personally believe this is done early in the process while you still have a good feeling about the sale or purchase, and is not a real indication once the glow wears off.
