My investment property had been on the market for four months with very little activity or interest , this was through an agent that had been suggested to me by a friend. Three days after listing the agent told me I needed to reduce the price he had told me was achievable. I had seen numerous "Sold by Stacey" stickers and boards throughout Mackay and on social media so decided to give her a call. Stacey welcomed my call and was very open and honest with pricing and strategy on selling my property. She advised to have staging completed which I was initially a little dubious on, but after reviewing other homes that had been staged I agreed. This, I believe was a key factor in selling. Stacey organised everything, I received the listing documentation, she did the rest.
