Amazing Agent
Hugh was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He really worked with us and listened during our time on the market and always gave us regular updates on our property. Hugh really wanted the best outcome for us and was full of great ideas and loads of support throughout our time. We ended up with a great result in the end and we really appreciated everything Hugh did for us.

Excellant Agent - Superhuman effort
We would like to congratulate you Hugh on achieving the sale of our property, in unusual market conditions. Awesome Agent
Being a first time seller I found the whole process relatively easy. There are a lot of steps to complete but Hugh made it very easy with his professionalism and knowledge. Everything was explained to me in terms that i understood. So there were no surprises and everything happened as it was explained and in the timeframe. Hugh was very professional and friendly. Great Communicator
When I decided that selling my rental property was on the cards I contacted Hugh. I had a price in mind and Hugh advised at that time, the price was probably unrealistic. Instead of listing the property, Hugh suggested we wait. This turned out to be good advice. Hugh is an agent who talked me out of listing my property, so he risked losing my business and any commission because he did not feel I could achieve what I wanted at that time. Eight months later we listed and Hugh's advice about the prices I could expect turned out to be spot on. Hugh worked well with the tenants in the property so as not to get them offside. This allowed him to be able to hold several open house inspections that kept interest alive. Hugh provided me with written reports of inquiries and phoned me with updates and suggestions for marketing. He was more than willing to take my suggestions, but also willing to share his knowledge with me. In the end, I achieved a sale price that I was more than happy with and I certainly am very happy with Hugh Tonakis and the work he did to achieve my sale.

absolute lovely man and very well presented agent
