Excellent agent
Trevor was very helpful with the open house and sale of our house. He was always on the ball and kept us up to date with everything regarding the sale. Would recomend Trevor to anyone as an agent. Pity he wasn't here in Tasmania to find us a house, but we have been lucky here with finding a home. Pete & Marg Ashcroft

Great agent nothing is too hard
We decided to use James as our agent in Toowoomba because of his previous rating in Rate my Agent, also from his very professional proposal. James’s knowledge of the market in the area and his honesty with the valuation was refreshing to see. The whole way through the sale, from the initial scope and recommended advertising of our property was quick, professional and of a very high quality. He had a list of buyers ready to go through the property straight away and we had an offer within 3 weeks of listing with James in what was a challenging market. The communication with James before, during and after the sale has been outstanding. Nothing is a problem from arranging some small maintenance to be done to recommending a legal firm for settlement he was right there to assist. Overall the sale of our property was excellent and so easy for us on the other side of the country, if you are looking for an honest, hardworking and professional agent to sell or buy a property with we can’t recommend James higher.

Melitachas been aware of my situation for a few years she has done her upmost to dispose of the property over this time. Her and her team got me more than I was expecting when it sold, even though I lost a considerable sum from the bank valuation. But in the depressed state of the market and being forced into selling for asset division , I'm highly appreciative of her efforts and her team

A professional knowledgeable nice guy!
Formosa the day James introduced himself I was impressed. He was friendly ,respectful, approachable, knew the market and was able to answer all my questions when I asked rather than having to check and get back to me. He was realistic and straight forward and nothing was too much trouble. Above all he was professional at all times and I can’t recommend him highly enough! Definitely an asset to the team.

Property Sale
Sale of our property took some time and the market wasn't out there like Jacqui thought. A couple of little hiccups along the way and with a little make over a buyer was found. Distance on our behalf was a problem. Jacqui personally was fantastic.
