Melita made it all so easy!
Melita was an unbelievable agent for our sale. Daniel was very professional to deal with. He knew the house value and a great knowledge about the market to sell to. It gave me great confidence to have him as the agent and it wasn’t long before a suitable buyer was found. The Best Agent
Melita is the agent for your sale, we would consider no one else. She is very professional, knows her stuff and caring to top it off. The whole time throughout our listing we were kept up to date. Reliable, hard working communicator.
James took us from curious 1st time investors to completing a sale. James listened to our wants and needs and helped identify properties that met these. We were not pressured to purchase any property just for the sale. He was reliable and kept us up to date during the process. James's attention to detail ensured finalisation of the contract was done with our requests completed with a minimum of fuss and likely represented fair value to both parties.

Smooth sale
Pretty stress free experience. Updates and communication were excellent, market read was pretty close to the money, and James managed the transaction well right to the settlement date.
