Gary comes across as a happy man and is well presented, however he was late to 2 viewings that had been arranged. I didn't feel that Gary was always 100% honest with me but he did keep me updated on the progress of the sale and in the end spent 2 hours cleaning up the yard from the tenants dogs. He also came around after the finalisation of the sale to check out a problem with the dishwasher (which he fixed).
