"This is what we'll do, this is how we'll do it, and this is a realistic figure in the current market, if you really want to sell." Damn if he didn't nail it. Within 3 months, our place sold in an area where there were far too many houses up for sale to be confident, and the eventual buyer was actually the third contractual arrangement. (Two missed out on finance). Within 3 months! Impossible to recommend him more highly.
