We came in contact with James through phone and email about a year back. His sincerity and in depth knowledge about local Toowoomba real estate market impressed us a lot. When we were ready to sell the property, he contacted us again and we never regretted signing him up as our real estate agent. The whole process was smooth and in fact quick with good results for us through his highly professional approach, great communication skills and negotiating power. The pleasant part was that he was easily accessible returning calls within no time. He suggested a local conveyancer when we asked about one which turned out to be another team of highly professional with very low fee. Our all we had a good experience working with James and would highly recommend him.

I found James from Re/Max Success by searching and reading reviews online. I’m vey happy that we went with James and his team. The whole process was easy and simple (being an interstate property owners). James provided us with the appraisal and guided us through the marketing process. He was also able to organise tradesman to address any issues with the property to bring it up to market ready state. We received multiple offers far exceed our expectations.
