Wouldn't go anywhere else.
I have just sold my beautiful home at Darling Heights with Jacqui Walker Sells. I would strongly recommend anyone to sell with Jacqui. She was wonderful in every way . My home sold in the 1st week at a record price in Darling Heights and she and her team took care of everything. She is a friendly, beautiful and very intelligent woman and if I were to sell again would not hesitate to go with Jacqui. Thanks for everything you did for us. Maree and Graham.

Professional and knowledgeable service
We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Pam Goodbody and others at the Melita Bell Group. She was helpful with her advice and recommendations, knew the market and is very professional. She gave us every confidence that we were getting the best service and the best outcome. Her communication with us was excellent. The advertising and photographs raised much awareness and interest in the property, Pam was in contact with many prospective buyers and the property went under contract within four days of going on the market after receiving four separate offers. If we ever sell or buy again it will most definitely be through Melita Bell and in particular Pam Goodbody.

Things went really well.Very co operative. Have one small criticism
Everything went really well. However I have a question. Why was the warranty cards not filled in and handed on to us. We need to have proof of purchase &the documents associated with the purchase. In the case of a claim we do not want to be left high & dry. William Jordan the only. This is the only criticsm I have of the whole experience

Straightforward process
I met Pam at an open house inspection. Process from there was as smooth as could have been hoped for. Put in an offer, confirmed it was the best offer, no back and forth negotiations (which I appreciated because I would have backed down otherwise) and sale proceeded from there. Building and pest inspection was easily arranged, pre-settlement inspection too. Overall a smooth and easy experience.

Fantastic outome
