Great purchasing experience!
Purchasing with James was probably one of the best decision I've made. All throughout the process, James was extremely helpful and provided myself insight into the property, the local market as well as recent sales in the area as comparative data. James was also extremely responsive with enquires and I would highly recommend him to anyone thinking of purchasing in Toowoomba!

A Fine Effort!!
James listened and very quickly worked out a strategy to sell my house. I unexpectedly had to find alternative accommodation because of a deteriorating health condition. I am in my nineties and confined to a wheel chair and James organised a morning tea at one of our local cafes to start the process. He recognised the pros and cons of a fifty year old home and identified a potential client base very quickly. James also was realistic about a potential price bracket based on previous experience in the suburb. Within a couple of days, he had two clients to bid for the house. Within a week or so we had a signed contract. The price was in the middle of the price bracket, no advertising was needed (saving a couple of thousand dollars), no open houses or extra processes. The process was clean, efficient and timely. The house sale has been settled and I can move on to my next adventure in life. Jame's experience, networks and good communication skills ensured a smooth sale. I found him very supportive and offered excellent advice. Thank you James and all the best in the future.
