The hardest decision was to sell, everything else was a process made simple from JAMES at Remax who knew what needed to be done from our initial signing to proceed, followed by a marketing plan, to photos and when the purchaser needed a gentle push, James followed through and then it was sold, the whole process took less than 14days, and when we are ready to sell another home I'm hoping James will be there again for us.
