Had a good experience with Gary

Professional, Reliable and Committed
It was easy to make the decision to connect with James when we decided we wanted to sell our home. James was the selling agent for the property when we originally purchased it. We were really impressed with how he assisted us as buyers and kept us up to date throughout the process. He was a main contributor to how we were able to secure the property, and we knew that was the commitment we were looking for to now sell. From the first discussion with James. To the property officially selling. James gave us all the information we needed to comfortably make our own informed decisions. A Fantastic Sales Team
I emailed Melita to sell my late parents house. I received a very friendly and prompt reply to my email. I mainly dealt with Pam throughout the whole process and she was absolutely fantastic. We were in regular contact and I knew right from the start I knew I'd found an excellent sales team. Nothing seemed to be any trouble for Pam and she did an excellent job coordinating everything. Will definitely be recommending this team to all my family and friends.

No pressure from them to reduce the price
I would like to thank Jacqui and Harsha for selling three properties for me. There was no pressure from them to sell to at a reduce the price, they believed in the pricing of the properties, they were patience and they obtained a great result for me which proved them to be correct. The entire process was very smooth.
Melita was very helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. From when we first saw our property online and requested a viewing, even though there was an open house the following day. We were provided with an opportunity to take our time checking everything and Jaime (the agent that we dealt with) was able to quickly contact the sellers and answer the question e asked if she didn’t already know the answer. The entire process of buying the house was very easy. Melita communicated clearly and well for the duration. They really made it as enjoyable and stress free as possible. I would recommend Melita to anyone in the property mark.

Easy to deal with, Open and transparent
