We had a difficult property to sell as it was two blocks of land and a run down house. Gary had several contracts on the house but they kept failing finance because of the state the house. He suggested we should separate the two blocks and sell them individually and the outcome on the single block was amazing as we got 5000 more than we anticipated. Thanks Gary.

Great Experience, would recommend.
From first meeting with Melita I had confidence in her ability to sell our home. She is professional, knowledgeable and friendly whilst having a bubbly personality. Selling your first home is nerve wrecking and Melita (and Jaimie) made the whole experience as smooth as possible. If anyone was to view the property I would be told beforehand and the communication was great. I would certainly recommend anyone wanting to sell their property to speak with Melita first.

Multiple offers came in
Went online April 3 asking $339,000 ... 12 people came to 4 open homes, also 11 private inspections ... Multiple offers came in, Best one accepted $337,000 and put Under Contract 3 June ... Settled 17 July.
