Great experience with Jacqui
Jacqui is one of the warmest, friendliest and most genuine agents I’ve ever met! I was able to trust her with selling my investment property and she was very helpful and available throughout the whole process even though there were some frustrating moments.

James has been fantastic from start to finish.
Nothing has ever been too much trouble for James and his team. He was happy to meet up outside of work hours to fit in with our work commitments. He is always super friendly and approachable and had great knowledge of the property and surrounds. Has been a pleasure to purchase property through James and team. 😊

James sold us our first home
James was very pleasant to deal with when purchasing our home. He attended to all our concerns and queries. When the owner didn’t want to clean the gutters he went over and beyond to make sure they where done for us before our move in date.

Seamless, friendly and uncomplicated.
As a first time seller (And of a deceased estate as well) I was completely overwhelmed by the seemingly daunting process ahead of me when it came to preparing the property, listing, inspections etc etc. Luckily James knew exactly what to do. From recommending tradespeople for repairs, paint and cleaning, to organising photography and advertisement and inspections, James couldn’t have been more helpful. James put my mind at ease, displayed excellent knowledge of the area and impressed me with his analytical approach to a listing price. He navigated through inspections and offers and people who were just being nosey. He kept me informed every step of the way and was always happy to answer my silly questions. Huge thanks to James for all that he has done for my family and I this year. I couldn’t recommend James high enough, and can’t wait to buy and sell through him in the future.
