In the current booming market, I've been finding it very hard to get even simple questions answered from other agents, in many cases I've been ignored. I really appreciate Gordon in that even though we only met on that day, Gordon was more than willing to answer any of my questions about the property. If he didn't know the answer, he would get back to me later. This led me to purchase the property with confidence and throughout the process, he had been very upfront about what was required from initial offer to settlement. It's this stuff that makes me believe that he'll be around for many years as a good agent. As an example, he did not pull the trick that other agents try to do such as 'making an unconditional offer to sweeten the deal'. He currently works at remax but I'm certain that if he leaves remax and goes to another real estate company, the people that have worked with him such as myself as a buyer would follow him. If i were to sell in future and he's still around, I will give him first preference.
