Mark and his team made our purchase extremely simple and hassle free. From the moment we displayed interest in the property Mark visited us at home within an hour to get the deal done straight away. We had already sold our previous property and wanted to attempt to buy/sell at the same time. With great communication and negotiating skills Mark was able to get a very short settlement (21 days) across the line and was even able to get us access to the garage prior to settlement so we could avoid a double-move. From the moment we met Mark, along with Nicky and Brianna we felt very comfortable. We felt they genuinely loved our home of 30 years as much as we did.
