I had been looking for a lease for nearly 3 months as a first time renter, re/max united has continuously sent my applications to owners in hopes I get approved more than other real estate agents. Julie has always been helpful whenever I attended her viewings, giving me the advice I needed to know on how to make a strong application! I felt they genuinely understood & wanted the best for us, which made me less demotivated during my search for a rental home.
