Gareth has been a great property manager. We had to vacate our previous rental due to renovations being done and the date to leave was only a few days away when we got the phone call from Gareth letting us know that our application has been successful. Gareth went out of his way to ensure we could move in quickly which was a big relief, he made the whole process go smoothly and was easy to communicate with. There was a couple of repairs that needed to be done and they were carried out in good time by very professional and friendly tradesmen. Gareth's professionalism and work ethic is far above that of previous Property Manager’s that we have had to deal with in the past. I highly recommend Gareth and RE/MAX United if you are looking for a rental property.

Phoebe has been with us through the entire process ensuring our voices are heard and pushed for us. We had so much trouble finding a house however phoebe made the process so much easier, forwarding out applications to multiple houses and if it wasn’t for her we wouldn’t be in the place we are now

Stephanie was great to deal with during our rental application process. She was always available and kept us up to date during the process. Stephanie provided some great advice and even met us at the new property to hand over the keys to on moving in day to make sure we were ok with everything. I've been super lucky to have Stephanie Houghton as my rental property manager. She got new tenants in there within a fews days of the old ones leaving. She's really on top of marketing, inspecting the property, signing up new tenants, and giving advice on what work needs to be done.
