Stephanie kept us informed at every stage of the leasing process, from our application through to being shortlisted. Our move‑in date was adjusted to ensure all maintenance and cleaning were completed, which we really appreciated. We also did a walk‑through before moving in and noted a few concerns, all of which were addressed promptly. Since settling in, we’ve provided an additional list of items, and two sets of trades have already attended with another booked. Communication has been consistent, and the follow‑through has been excellent. We’re very happy so far and would confidently recommend Stephanie and her team.
