Slick and seamless process from start to tenant key handover!
Having recently completed build on a new house in the Pimpama area, but living interstate, I was looking for a property manager that had a great reputation, that I could trust implicitly and that could take the pain away and help me get the house rented fast with quality tenants. Ray White Pimpama were exceptional from start to finish. With some minor works still to be completed for the house to be rentable, they helped facilitate the visit of certain trades securely, as well as ensuring the property was at its best for photography and marketing. I felt very comfortable the house was in safe hands. Nothing was too much trouble. And we got a great outcome on the rental, with the lease agreed within days of listing. Awesome outcome!
