I inspected the house before applying I asked Yvette Will the house be cleaned and yards maintained before we receive the keys and she replied yes it will be done , my husband also asked via email once we had been accepted and again we had been told it would be done. I picked up the keys on Friday morning the 11th of April once we had finished work that day we packed our trailer of furniture to move into 88 Hanover on Saturday the 12th , once we arrived and walked to the front door and opened the garage it’s was very apparent that nothing had been done to the property prior to use moving in. Just a few examples , the carpets were all stained and smelled , the toilets where disgusting with urine still on and around them, the kitchen had fat and grease on the surfaces and cupboards , there was dust, dirt and insects in all areas, the windows had not been done inside or out, every single blind is dirty with marks, the walls also covered in marks , the en-suite bathroom and shower was filthy and the oven still dirty with detergent left in it. Obviously being a Saturday we knew we would get no response so on Sunday night I had emailed Yvette so she received the information Monday morning about the state of the property along with the photos and to this day 23rd April we have still heard nothing back from her. The only response we had received was from Cashmere saying to continue to document the cleaning issues, this is after I had also explained we had to live in the lounge room because the carpets where that bad. I replied to Cashmere and asked whether something would be done via the realestate to fix the situation or do we need to pay to have the house cleaned, carpets done and yard cleaned up from the pervious tenants ourselves ? Unfortunately still no response either. We have had to do the carpets ourselves so we can use the house and we have been cleaning since the 12th of April. There is also a list of damages We have taken photos/videos of that need to be fix.
