Janice Cox was selected based on the options presented with breaking an existing 1 year lease with the current tenancy whilst obtaining best possible realistic price with the exhaustive list of owner occupier buyers that wanted to buy into Bellmere . Throughout the transaction, Janice stayed in regular communication all parties related to the transaction including solicitors, buyers, property maintenance suppliers etc to ensure a smooth settlement which competed just in time for Christmas. I would strongly recommend Janice as she is professional, realistic and a genuine caring person who loves her job. These qualities were shown through all of my interactions with her. Vicky was the best, throughout the entire process of selling the property. The first buyer couldn’t get financing and was trying to bully us. Vicky was forthright with they and had our best interests at heart. She secured over a 40K from the second buyer, it was really like she was selling her own home. Can’t praise her and the team.
