As a buyer, Vicki was very positive and helpful throughout the whole process, even when things got complicated with our bank. Our solicitor said she was very efficient. Communication was easy, Vicki was always available and explained things well. She went above and beyond to explain what was happening during the flood as well. We were also happy with other Remax agents, one was very honest in showing the problems of a house. All the houses and townhouses we looked at with Remax were good properties.

Vicki certainly knows her market. She has a very good understanding of the seller's position which means contract pricing is arrived at pretty quickly. Vicki's team really get into it once the verbal agreement has been made with the contract documentation happening lightning fast, which mitigates asking for extensions at the back end. It was a pleasure to work with Vicki and her team with a contract which settled seamlessly.
