When we first decided to list our property we asked another agent for an appraisal... Just before we decided to list I saw the compare the agent website and got another couple of appraisals. 4 of them were for 50k less then what Vikki sold our home for.. We were so wrong in assuming all agents are the same. Vikki really gave us confidence that the house we worked hard to make a soild saleable home was worth more than what we were being told otherwise. And ill be damned, she was actually right.
