We were impressed with Sue right from the start. When we arrived at the office we stopped briefly to look to view the adds and very quickly Sue was there to see if she could help. Overall pleased lovely lady who knows her job she communicated well with both seller and buyer negotiated tiles in kitchen with owner for better results for me only down fall was she wouldn't negotiate cash sale she said it didn't make a difference but it does as they know the sale will not fall through
