Had minimal issues when dealing with Remax staff in regards to purchasing my first home. I received sound advice and knowledge from both the Real Estate and other involved parties, however could not believe the physical state of the house when I moved in. I understand that it is my duty as a home buyer to do a check of all areas however due to my sheer excitement and the overall overwhelming experience little details were missed. Then in the long run larger details have showed a somewhat lack of care from both the previous owner and the Real estate. I would have assumed that more care would have been put into play due to this being my first experience in purchasing a home, however it did not appear to be the case. The cleanliness overall was VERY average at best. The main areas of the house such as kitchen and bathroom were barely wiped with a wet rag. The kitchen range hood was caked with grease and the dust and cobwebs throughout the house are without a doubt more then a month old. Despite it not totally being the Real Estates fault I thought it safe to assume customer service being a top priority.
