I worked with Tome to purchase an investment property in Armidale, NSW. He has been professional and patient to answer my questions, wonderings and changes in plans and strategies. Was a little reluctant at first to spend the money on a BA but wow, this property market is insane! Tome not only found us a great capital growth property with positive yield in a location we hadn't even considered, but also project managed everything. He's into detail, organised and responsive as well as genuinely passionate about property. Bonus - he comes free of any sales pitch or vested interest, and is a lovely guy. Our investment property was bought with less stress than our last car purchase. We'll be back.

It took a while to get the right property in this market. However, he found the right property in perfect location. It ticks all boxes in our strategy for this deal. I worked with Aus Property Professionals for 6 months in a heated market to secure my first property as an investment in Caringbah. I worked with Lloyd on establishing a strategy and with Tome on sourcing the property. Because of the crazy market and lack of stock we had to adjust the strategy few times; I found APP knowledgeable about different markets and variables to balance the ideal strategy. Tome has been very patient with me to explain which properties to pursue and discussing both properties that both they and I found. It has been a continuous conversation and I've learned a lot; e.g. Tome would know things like a property being close to public housing or previous owner failing to sell a property twice. I've read a lot of property books and listened to many podcasts, but without Tome I wouldn't be able to find and secure a property in this market. APP really took most of stress out from the buying process; they would not overbid on an auction, they would be able to negotiate a fair deal pre-market, they would know what is a fair value and align all the ducks for contract signing, settlement, etc. Thank you!
