Josh Prestia did a great job selling my parents' house.
As executor of my parents' estate, I was responsible for organizing the sale of the family home. My sisters and I chose Real Equity of Chipping Norton after reviewing sales results and attending auctions for all the agents operating in the Chipping Norton/Moorebank area. I have to say that Josh Prestia did not disappoint us. He provided very helpful advice in preparing the house for sale including putting us in touch with good tradesmen. He explained the advertising campaign and costing and kept us informed of progress in the marketing campaign. The auction was held at a time when the market had started to weaken however we still received a price in line with boom-time expectations. I have no hesitation in recommending Josh and the rest of the Real Equity team.
