She gave us excellent advice, shepherded us through the entire selling process, helped us stage our home, gave us lists of the work that need to be done, the work that would be nice and provided us with contact details for tradies who were reasonably priced and did a good job. Beck gave us a clear understanding of the costs involved in selling, attended the property photography session, shared images of all advertising and generally allayed fears and calmed feelings of anxiety.
