We were lucky to have Lisa as our agent, who went over and beyond her expected duties. To start with, when we first approached her to arrange a viewing, we were surprised to find that the property owner has decided to close offers the next morning 10am which was 2 weeks earlier then the advertised date, and so all inspection arrangements have been closed. Thankfully, Lisa made arrangements late that night to defer the offer closing time and went to the property earlier the next day to allow us to view the property before before making an offer. Eventually we were able to make that home our own due to her help in making that arrangement. After that, Lisa had continually offered her help in various aspects incl. going to the house to take measurements for us, and recommending vendors for our post sale renovations. All in all, we were lucky to have Lisa who have made our whole experience a joyful and smooth experience!! Thank you Lisa!
