Overall glad with how things went. She was very cooperative. The only thing that we were not happy about was that we never heard at at all after we got settlement news specially when we had some issues in settlement dates. One of the things which probably goes down as life time memory is “sold” banner which normally goes at the front of the house and you can have a family photograph with that. It never went up infront of our home so now we don’t have any of those memories. Overall we are happy with the property as we have settled in and things are going well.
