Like everything you always want the best deal that you can get from you long term investment. Considering that we had spoken to several Agents in Rosebud over the last 4years, all we ever seemed to receive was a lot of promises with little outcomes. I not only found, over a very short time that Adam Harlem had knowledge in the area but what was unique about this agent - Adam Harlem was that he did not push, was very patient with me, no high-end promises, and what was the best was that he understood what we were seeking let alone that he absolutely acted with integrity and provided service excellence. What was strange was that a few days after we hold sold, that another local agent come to our door to state that they had just sold a property not that far away for $605,000.00 could we have got more at the time maybe but at the end of the day we received what we had agreed to pre-sale without any conditions and false promises. In closing I believe that a lot of agents could learn from Adam Harlem it’s not about the words we use but it is about the action you take to get the earlier agreed outcome when the time comes, not excuses of why we could not get the best deal when it counted.
