I recently sold my Regents Park property through Real Estate Auctions. It was sad letting go of this house as it was in the family for over 50 years. We decided to sell this house through Frank Screnci as we felt he knew the market well and had a well-established agency in the area. Frank was the managing agent while we were tenanting this property and he was on top of any problems and issues during this time. While the house was on the market, Frank met with us regularly and kept us in the loop with prospective buyers. The photos used in marketing this house were of very high standard and looked great. Communication was always good, and Frank always returned our calls to answer any questions we had. We sold this house for a price we were satisfied with.
