Great Agency
The unit was fine and something that I was looking for. The agent did well professionally in knowing about this unit, its neighbourhood and to the documents explained understood. My only disappointment was when inspecting the unit with no power on to know and see that everything worked and in order. When the power was then put on as I moved my stuff in, I later found out the aircons in both rooms where not working and dated. I did go to another inspection in Berrimah and as I inspected this unit (same agency) with the power on. I thought that this agent was brilliant! I then knew as a customer/client that everything worked and did not have to file a maintenance form straight up when moved in. Overall the agency and agent does deserve five stars for their professionalism from the front desk lady (lovely lady who gave out water bottles, very polite and knew her job) to the agents. Both thumbs up!
