I have had a very positive experience with Nathalia. She has always been professional, friendly, respectful and easy to communicate with. She responds promptly to phone calls and emails and keeps us informed about any matters relating to the property. Whenever we have submitted a maintenance request, Nathalia has followed up promptly and done her best to have the issue resolved as quickly as possible.
